On Friday the 11th I got to go to the multicultural festival at Kernot Hall in Morwell, we got to play the song absolutely everybody, it was much better than practise because we got the massive drum solo thing shortened now it sounds good. I thought we were going to be the last act but we ended up being 3rd. Before us there was a group of little that looked like they were in about grade 3, they sang the national anthem; they were so small and cute. Before the festival started we had to tune all our instruments, but we found that none of us remembered to bring a guitar tuner, but luckily the guitarist from Morwell had an application on his iPod touch that tuners guitars and basses. After tuning the rhythm section had to do a sound check (drums, guitars and bass guitars) and that all went well. When we got to the time of playing it was fun, the audience looked like they enjoyed the performance. The song seemed like it went fast. When we finished we were quick to pack up and get our stuff back into the music trailer. Once we packed up we got our free lunch (a hamburger and a can of coke). Then we packed up and went back to school.
